Russian shelling traps 148 miners in Donbas

Russian forces shelled Donetsk Oblast on Tuesday afternoon, causing power outages at local mines, according to RBC-Ukraine.
The shelling de-energized mines in the Dobropillia territorial community, leaving 148 miners trapped underground. Local authorities provided no further details.
According to local residents, Dobropolye, Bilozerske, Hannivka, Iverskoye and Sviatohorivka settlements were under fire.
