Russia's daily COVID-19 deaths reach new record high

Russia reported an all-time high of 852 coronavirus-related deaths, bringing the total fatalities to 205,531 throughout the pandemic.

Report informs, citing RIA Novosti, that, according to the operational headquarters, the previous record was fixed on September 24, when 828 people succumbed to the deadly pathogen in one day.

The number of new infections in Russia has reached 21,559 in one day, taking the total coronavirus tally to 7,464,708.
