Rubio: Lebanon and Israel sign framework agreement

Lebanon and Israel have signed a framework agreement.
According to Report, the signing ceremony, mediated by the United States, was held at the US Department of State.
"The first step is sometimes the hardest. I hope we will be able to achieve real and tangible progress," US Secretary of State Marco Rubio said.
