Romania closes its ports to Russian ships

Romania has banned Russian ships from entering its ports, Report informs via TVR.
This decision of Romania's maritime administration also applies to ships that change the Russian flag with a flag of any other state after February 24, 2022.
The ban does not apply to ships needing assistance and shelter, or emergency access to the port for security reasons.
The ban will take effect on April 17.
