Pope promises to open secret archives of Vatican

Baku. 4 March. REPORT.AZ/ Pope Francis has declared that he will open the secret Vatican archives of the time of Pope Pius XII, Report informs citing Reuters.
It is noted that many Jews claimed that Pope Pius XII closed his eyes to the Holocaust, so Pope Francis decided to reveal the secret data of the Vatican.
According to Pope Francis, the archive will open on March 2, 2020.
Notably, Pius XII was Pope from 1939 to 1958.
