Poland ready to supply Ukraine with more weapons

Poland is ready to supply Ukraine with additional defensive weapons, Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki said, Report informs via RIA Novosti.

“We are ready to transfer additional volumes of defensive weapons, which should serve to defend territories and cities against the aggression of Russian troops,” Morawiecki said.

At the same time, the Polish prime minister noted that Poland has always advocated military-technical assistance to Ukraine.

“I spoke about this in Brussels a few days ago so that the assistance would be as effective as possible. Several of our Western partners acted indecisively a few weeks ago. It was not entirely clear what their position was. Today I can say that everyone in the EU, even those who are farther west from Moscow, understand the danger that hangs over Europe, understand these black clouds, which can be dangerous not only for Ukraine, but also mean something very bad for EU,” Morawiecki said.

Earlier, Poland began to supply Ukraine with mortars, MANPADS, drones, and ammunition.
