Poland files complaint against Germany with European Commission

The Polish authorities filed a complaint with the European Commission (EC) against Germany for the massive import of garbage into the republic and plan to go to the EU court, the Climate and Environment Minister of Poland Anna Moskwa said, Report informs via TASS.

"We have no choice. We use the path that is available to any European country. We use the complaint to the EC, which is the first stage of the proceedings in the European Court of Justice," she said.
