Poland completes construction of fence on Belarus border

Poland has completed the construction of a fence on the border with Belarus, said Stanisław Żaryn, Secretary of State at the Chancellery of the Prime Minister, the acting Deputy of the Minister Coordinator of Special Services of Poland, Report informs.

Żaryn said that the Polish border is the most secure in Europe.

He added that electronic motion sensors and surveillance cameras are currently being installed at the barrier.

The 180-km-long and 5-meter-high border fence, along with technical equipment, cost about $400 million.
