Poland cancels Israeli delegation’s visit

The visit of the Israeli delegation headed headed by Avi Cohen-Scali, the director general of the IsraeliSocial Equality Ministry, has been canceled, Report informs citing Interfax.
“Poland decided to cancel the visit of Israeli officials after the Israeli side made last minute changes in the composition of the delegation suggesting that the talks would primarily focus on the issues related to property restitution,” the foreign ministry in Warsaw said in a statement posted to its website.
Poland believes that the issue on restitution of Jewish properties seized during the Holocaust at the Second World War is closed.
Notably, the visit of the Israeli delegation was scheduled for May 13.
