Peskov: Kyiv’s political will needed to start Russia-Ukraine talks

Negotiations between Russia and Ukraine will be possible if Kyiv shows the political will and willingness to discuss Moscow’s demands, Russian Presidential spokesperson Dmitry Peskov said, Report informs referring to TASS.
"There should be political will, readiness to discuss those demands of Russia that are well known," he said.
At the same time, Peskov stressed that at the moment negotiations are impossible due to the unwillingness of the Ukrainian side to conduct them.
