Virginia, Washington, Chicago, and New York have declared a state of emergency due to snowstorms.
According to the special correspondent of Report, the order signed by New York Mayor Bill de Blasio restricts the movement of all vehicles after 06:00 local time.
The mayor advised city residents not to use vehicles for two days and not to go outside unless necessary.
The snowstorm prompted the cancellation of more than 300 flight and closure of schools. In some parts of the city, the height of snow reached 40 centimeters.
The blizzard will last for two days.
