NATO ready for dialogue with Russia, Stoltenberg says

NATO is ready for a dialogue with Russia, NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg said ahead of the Russia-NATO Council session.
Stoltenberg said that NATO is closely watching the developments in Russia and around it.
Russia introduced proposals to the United States and NATO on ensuring security.
