More than 50 killed in South Africa after heavy rains

More than 50 people were killed in southern and eastern parts of South Africa after heavy rains caused flooding and mudslides, Report informs citing RIA Novosti.

The head of state, Cyril Ramaphosa ended his visit to Egypt prematurely to return to the country and visit the region affected by the disaster.

32 people were previously reported dead. The country's meteorological service warns that the rains in the province will continue today.
