Media: Taliban appoint Afghanistan's permanent representative in UN

Representatives of the Taliban movement have appointed Muhammad Suhail Shaheen as the permanent representative of Afghanistan in the UN, Report informs, citing a document obtained by Reuters.
Moreover, the Taliban want to address world leaders at the UN General Assembly in New York this week.
