Lavrov: Still no initial signs of resuming dialogue with US

There are still no initial signs of resumption of dialogue with the United States, said Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, Report informs.

According to him, official Washington should back to the civilized principles of interstate relations in order to restore the dialogue with Moscow, 'but there are no signs of this.'
