Baku. 30 October. REPORT.AZ/ Kuwaiti Prime Minister Sheikh Jaber Al-Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah has resigned.
Report informs citing the Haber7, the reason is his speech at the Kuwaiti parliament.
"The Gulf crisis will have a devastating effect on the countries and peoples of the region", he said in his speech at the parliament.
