Kazakhstan's Ministry of Health completes the vaccination of school teachers against coronavirus and is launching the immunization of students above 18, Report informs, citing TASS.

"The vaccination of school teachers and personnel is nearing completion. Vaccination of students aged 18 and older has been launched. The shift to the transitional format of education at schools is possible at the 100% vaccination of teachers and personnel except for those who have permanent medical contraindications and those who had COVID-19 in the past three months," country's Health Minister Alexei Tsoi said at a government session.

He considers it expedient to use the mobile application Ashyg at the entrance to the educational facilities to control and analyze information about the epidemiological situation in the country. In turn, the country's Prime Minister Askar Mamin said education in the new academic year would start in the traditional format with the observance of sanitary-epidemic measures.
