Iran eyes doing away with US sanctions via Int'l Court of Justice

The International Court of Justice has the necessary jurisdiction to hear Iran's claim against the United States, court's president Abdulqawi Ahmed Yusuf said.
Report informs with reference to TASS that, according to him, the court rejects the preliminary objections of the United States and confirms its jurisdiction to consider the case.
As part of the lawsuit, Tehran is seeking the elimination of the sanctions imposed by the US administration in 2018.
