Hamas delegation arrives in Cairo to negotiate ceasefire in Gaza

A delegation of the leadership of the Palestinian radical movement Hamas has arrived in Cairo, Report informs referring to TASS.

The next round of negotiations will take place on a ceasefire agreement in the Gaza Strip and the exchange of hostages for Palestinians imprisoned in Israel.

“A Hamas delegation arrived on February 8 morning in the Egyptian capital to complete negotiations related to the ceasefire [in Gaza],” reads a message posted on the movement’s Telegram channel.
