Nearly half of Europeans do not view the United States as is a reliable partner in the issue of EU security.
Report informs that similar findings are contained in a survey conducted by sociological service YouGov and published in El Pais newspaper.
According to the information, among the problems that worry Europeans most include migration (35%), environment (29%) and security issues (23%). Moreover, 46% of respondents prefer that their countries no longer accept refugees from conflict zones.
It is noted that 45% of respondents agreed with the statement that the US is not a reliable partner for the security of the EU. 31% of Europeans believe that China is a threat to the security of the European Union, while 40% expressed a similar opinion on Russia. In addition, 47% of respondents expressed the view that the EU needs its own army to tackle future challenges.
