Global coronavirus cases exceed 6.5 million

The number of coronavirus cases worldwide has exceeded 6.5 million, while more than 386 thousand people with COVID-19 died, Report says, citing RIA Novosti.

According to the Johns Hopkins University, on Thursday morning, the number of positive coronavirus cases reached 6,511,696 in the world, at least 386,073 patients died with COVID-19.

The US saw the largest number of infections - 1,851,520, while the death toll surpassed 107 thousand.
