Global coronavirus cases exceed 30 million

The number of confirmed coronavirus cases worldwide exceeded 30 million, Report says, citing TASS.
According to the American Johns Hopkins University, which conducts calculations based on information from international organizations, Federal and local authorities, the number of infections now stands at 30 003 378, resulting in 943 203 deaths and 2 398 381 recoveries.
The United States (6,664,021), India (5 253 118), and Brazil (4 083 419) saw the highest number of infections.
The novel coronavirus (COVID-19) emerged in late 2019 in China’s Hubei province, and the virus has spread to more than 200 countries and territories since then.
On February 11, the WHO officially named the 2019 novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV) as COVID-19, and on March 11, declared it a pandemic.
