Germany promises to help Ukraine receive €8B macro-financial support from EU

Germany will help Ukraine to receive €8 billion in macro-financial support from the EU, Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal wrote on Twitter, Report informs.

“Discussed it with the German Minister of Finance, Christian Lindner. Together, we stand for the defence of common democratic values. Thanked Germany for comprehensive and timely assistance,” the PM tweeted.
