Germany introducing digital vaccination certificate

The digital vaccination certificate will be in force in Germany starting from June 10, a representative of the German Health Ministry said, Report informs referring to TASS.
“The digital vaccination passport will now be gradually rolled out and made available as a mobile app,” the representative said, noting that German Health Minister Jens Spahn will talk in detail about the innovation at a press conference on June 10.
Initially, Germany planned to introduce a digital vaccination certificate from June 14. Fully vaccinated residents will be able to use the app when visiting restaurants, cultural and other events.
