French Foreign Minister Catherine Colonna arrived in Odesa, Ukraine, on a visit, Report informs.
"In Odesa! To mark France's support for the sovereignty of Ukraine, today as yesterday," the French minister tweeted.
On January 26 morning, the air alert sounded throughout Ukraine. Explosions were reported in Odesa. Local authorities confirmed strikes on power facilities. There were interruptions in the supply of electricity and water in the city.
