France and German not to revise agreement on Brexit

Baku. 27 February. REPORT.AZ/ Paris and Berlin agree that the deal on the UK's withdrawal from the European Union cannot be revised, French President Emmanuel Macron said.

Report informs citing the TASS that he spoke at the opening of a meeting with German Chancellor Angela Merkel in Paris.

"Our opinions fully coincide on the issue of Brexit. Agreement on UK's exit  cannot be revised. If Britain needs more time, we can study the issue of extension, if it is justified by the new choice of the British people", said the President of France.

However, Macron noted that "in any case it is impossible to make a decision on the extension without clear prospects that it will arise."
