Floods kill 11 people in Germany

The number of flood victims in western Germany has risen to 11, and 70 people are missing, Report informs via Bild.
Heavy rains continue in Germany since Monday due to cyclone Bernd. The disaster mostly affected the western and southwestern regions of the country, where rivers, including the Rhine, overflew their banks and flooded the streets.
The district of Ahrweiler in Rhineland-Palatinate suffered the worst damage, where at least four people died, and six houses collapsed near the town of Adenau in the commune of Schuld.
In North Rhine-Westphalia, two firefighters were killed when they were involved in the rescue work.
