Finland and the United States have completed three rounds of negotiations on a new Defense Cooperation Agreement (DCA) with discussions on the deal launched a year ago, Report informs via TASS.
The United States is one of Finland's most important allies, and the government's goal, according to its program, is to complete negotiations on the DCA agreement, the Finnish Foreign Ministry said in a statement.
Approval of an agreement aimed at creating a renewed basis for cooperation with the United States requires the consent of Parliament.
