Ex-president of Latvia: "I was greatly saddened when I saw ruins in Fuzuli"

“I was greatly saddened when I saw the ruins in Fuzuli,” former Latvian President Valdis Zatlers said during his visit to Shusha on November 7, Report informs.

Valdis Zatlers noted that he had visited many countries destroyed after the war, and the ruins of Karabakh reminded him of them.

At the same time, the former Latvian president praised the restoration work in Karabakh.
