European Council, Parliament agree on vaccination certificates

The European Parliament and European Council could agree on introducing vaccination certificates in the European Union, Report informs, citing Agence France-Press (AFP).
According to diplomatic sources in the EU, the agreement was reached after four rounds of talks.
