EU countries' heads of state and government have reached a consensus on the nomination of Ursula von der Leyen for a second term as President of the European Commission.
According to Report, which cites Germany's DPA, in another major development, Estonian Prime Minister Kaja Kallas has been put forward as the candidate to succeed Josep Borrell as the EU's High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy.
