Death toll in California wildfire reaches 44

Baku. 13 November. REPORT.AZ/ The death toll in the massive wildfire raging for already a few days in California has risen almost twice, Report informs citing foreign media.
Butte county sheriff said during the press conference that the wildfires have already claimed 44 lives.
Associated Press reports that 228 people are missing.
Earlier 23 people were reported dead in this natural calamity. The wildfires have embraced more than 4,000 hectares of land. Emergency has been declared in the state. Hundreds of houses burned down during the wildfire.
