Tbilisi. 3 January. REPORT.AZ/ The death toll from the H1N1 (swine flu) virus in Georgia has risen to 6, Report informs citing Director General of the National Centre for Disease Control and Public Health (NCDC) Amiran Gamkrelidze.
According to him, nearly 144 influenza patients have been registered in the country today with 140 of them diagnosed with H1N1 virus.
Gamkrelidze said 'swine flu' accounts for 95% of all flu infection cases in Georgia.
4 deaths from H1N1 virus have been registered in Autonomous Republic of Adjara.
