The increase in the number of people infected with coronavirus in Ukraine indicates the beginning of the third wave of infection spread, Report informs, citing Ukrainian Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal.
According to him, severe restrictions will be reintroduced if most regions of the country enter the 'red zone.'
"The third wave of the epidemic has begun in Ukraine," the prime minister said, stressing that the country is seeing a daily increase in the number of infected citizens.
According to the head of government, it is not yet clear whether the lockdown will be reintroduced. However, Shmyhal did not rule it out if most regions are in the 'red zone'.
