Chinese court sentences Canadian to death over drug charges

Baku. 14 January. REPORT.AZ/A Chinese court has sentenced Robert Lloyd Schellenberg, a Canadian citizen, to death for drug smuggling.

Report informs citing the Haber7 that his properties will also be confiscated.

Notably, 13 Canadian citizens were detained in China after arrest of Huawei financial director Wanzhou Meng in Vancouver on December 1.
