Charles Michel: It's important to end dependency on Russian fuels

"We know that it's important to end our dependency on Russian fossil fuels," President of the European Council Charles Michel tweeted.

"The transition is difficult but we're working to put some proposals on the table that will allow us to protect our unity," he said.

"I hope that we'll be able to show once again that we're united."
