Cavusoglu: Date of quadripartite meeting on Syria postponed at Russia’s request

The date of the quadripartite meeting of representatives of the Foreign Ministry on Syria has been postponed at the request of Russia, and the time of its holding has not yet been determined, Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu told journalists on March 20, Report informs referring to TASS.

“The Russian side informed us that it had not completed the preparations and offered to postpone the meeting. It was proposed to hold it at other dates, and we agreed,” the Turkish minister said, not ruling out that the meeting could have been postponed at the request of Syria.
