Canada expands sanctions against Russia

Canada has imposed new sanctions against Russia, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Canada announced, Report informs referring to UNIAN.
It was noted that the new sanctions apply to the oil and gas and industrial sectors. Thus, the previously accepted sanctions in this area have been expanded.
According to the sanctions, Canadian citizens and companies are prohibited from providing industrial services related to ferrous metallurgy, production of finished metal products, computers, electronics, optics, electrical equipment and vehicles to Russian individuals.
