Baku. 22 September. REPORT.AZ/ A boat carrying migrants capsizes off Turkey.
Report informs referring to DHA, the boat capsized off the Black Sea in Kefken district of Turkey’s Kocaeli province. As a result of accident 4 people died and 20 went missing.
Coast Guard Command of Turkey rescued 38 migrants while continuing to look for others deemed missing.
