Austria to suspend asylum procedures for Syrians

All asylum procedures for Syrians in Austria will be suspended, Report informs, citing Austrian newspaper Kronen Zeitung.

"Until further notice, all asylum procedures for Syrian citizens will be suspended," the source said.

In this year alone, 12,500 Syrians have requested asylum in Austria. In this regard, several thousand procedures are currently under review.
