Arestovich: Active phase of war to end in 2-3 weeks

"The active phase of the war should end in 2-3 weeks," Report informs referring to UNIAN that Oleksiy Arestovich, Advisor to the Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky, wrote about this in his Telegram channel.

"The active phase is almost completed near Kyiv, Kharkiv, Sumy and Chernihiv. Even if they scrape up some reserves somewhere, try to go on the offensive, it will still end in their defeat. Well, it will last just for a week or 10 more days. There is only one end here, they have lost strategically, they will lose operationally. I think that in mid-April, at the end of April, the people of Kyiv who left will be able to return home," Arestovich wrote.
