The International Conference on the Afghan peace, which was scheduled to begin in late April in Turkey, has been postponed to a later date, Report informs, referring to Al Jazeera TV channel.
"The conference on Afghanistan was postponed due to the refusal of representatives of the [radical movement] "Taliban" to participate in the event," the source said.
