Adviser to chief of Ukrainian presidential administration of staff on Russia’s objective

"Russia is actively firing on urban centers; settlements and government buildings are under artillery fire," Mykhaylo Podolyak, an adviser to the chief of the Ukrainian presidential administration, said in a tweet.

"Russia's goal is obvious - to wreak havoc, to cause casualties among the civilian population, to destroy infrastructure. Ukraine is fighting for dignity," the tweet adds.
