Acting Prime Minister of Kuwait refused to form a new government

The Acting Prime Minister of Kuwait, Sheikh Jaber al-Mubarak al-Hamad al-Sabah, refused the offer of the Emir to form a new government, Report informs citing TASS.

The acting premier "thanked the head of state for the honor, but apologized for not being able to accept his proposal to form a new government." Sheikh Jaber, who resigned on November 14, did not report the reasons for his refusal.
