The Acting Prime Minister of Kuwait, Sheikh Jaber al-Mubarak al-Hamad al-Sabah, refused the offer of the Emir to form a new government, Report informs citing TASS.
The acting premier "thanked the head of state for the honor, but apologized for not being able to accept his proposal to form a new government." Sheikh Jaber, who resigned on November 14, did not report the reasons for his refusal.
According to Kuwaiti media, the emir of Kuwait, Sheikh Sabah al-Ahmed al-Jaber al-Sabah, in a few hours will address the nation about the current situation around the government.
