The Afghan army carried out an operation in several provinces, Report informs, citing the Twitter page of the country's Ministry of Defense.
172 Talibs were killed, 107 others were wounded in operations conducted in Nangahar, Logar, Maidan Wardak, Gandahar, and Balkh in the past 24 hours.
