11 people become victims of landslides in China

11 people became victims of the landslides, while 34 were missing in the Chinese South-Western province of Guizhou, Report informs citing RIA Novosti.

The landslide came down in Shuicheng district of Lupanshui region the night before, causing damage to 23 households, including more than 20 buildings and houses, were completely buried underground.

As of morning, rescuers were able to find 11 people alive. As well as, 11 bodies were removed from under blockages, 34 persons are still registered missing.

The search and rescue operation is underway.
