Zakharova: Agreement was reached on meeting in Geneva on October 30

An agreement was reached on the next meeting of the foreign ministers of Azerbaijan and Armenia with the co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group in Geneva on October 30.

Report's Russian bureau informs, an official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova said during the weekly briefing.

"Unfortunately, the situation in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict zone remains difficult; the military confrontation continues. In these conditions, to achieve an early de-escalation of the conflict and restart the negotiation process, we continue making vigorous efforts both in our national capacity and as part of the OSCE Minsk Group," Zakharova stressed.
