EU Special Representative to discuss Nagorno-Karabakh settlement in Milan

Baku. 5 December. REPORT.AZ/ EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus and the Crisis in Georgia Toivo Klaar traveled to Milan to participate in the 25th session of the OSCE Ministerial Council.

Report informs that  he plans to discuss the Nagorno-Karabakh settlement at the meetings during the OSCE Ministerial Council on December 6-7.

Notably, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Elmar Mammadyarov, and the acting Foreign Minister of Armenia, Zohrab Mnatsakanyan, will meet in Milan today to discuss the negotiation process to resolve the Armenian-Azerbaijani conflict.
