Armenians fire at houses, vehicles in Gazakh region

Armenia continues committing provocations on the Azerbaijan-Armenia state border.

The units of the Armenian Armed Forces have intensively shelled Azerbaijani positions on May 13 since 12:00 pm, using large-caliber machine guns and sniper rifles, the State Border Service told Report.

The hostile units from their positions near Berkaber village of Armenia’s Ijevan district fired at Abbasbeyli village of Azerbaijan’s Gazakh region, the Azerbaijani border checkpoints nearby, as well as military and civilian vehicles moving in that direction.

The enemy caused damage to several houses.

The Azerbaijani side prevented the Armenian provocation and silenced the enemy by retaliatory fire.
